Barcarolle in F sharp Major, Op. 60

BARCAROLLE, Op. 60 was composed from the autumn of 1845 to the summer of 1846. It is one of Chopin's last major works and, together with the following Op. 61, the Polonaise-Fantaisie, ranks among his most complex works, being both technically and interpretively demanding. It is filled with Chopin's typically elegiac romanticism and what seems to be a bel canto tune.
