SERA GOESCH is familiar to Bulgarian audiences from her appearances in the past two seasons as Violeta in Verdi’s Traviata at the Varna Opera House. Alongside this commitment, she was engaged for performances in 2016 in Boston, Vancouver, Washington, New York, Montreal, Toronto, Vienna, Baden Baden, while in 2017 gave a concert with Mozart arias and duets, performed songs Reinhold Glière with the Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra.

Sera Goesch attended music classes at the Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts in Istanbul and obtained a Bachelor Diploma at the Konservatorium Wien (2011). Ms. Goesch debuted as Leila from the opera Leila and Mecnun by Yalçın Tura, at the Istanbul Municipality Theatre. She guest appeared in the role of Konstanze in Mozart’s Die Entführung aus dem Serail (“The Abduction from the Seraglio”) in the theatrеs of Luxembourg, Antwerpen, Mannheim, among others. She also performed as Adele from Die Fledermaus (“The Bat”) by Johann Strauss as a member of the Vienna State Opera ensemble in performances in Taiwan and South Korea. She performed the leading soprano part in many cantata and oratorial works at concerts in Ankara, Istanbul, Vienna, Bonn and Rome. Between 2012 and 2017 she gives annual concerts at the Golden Hall of the Wiener Musikverein, at the Great Hall of Konzerthaus Wien, on the stage of the Wiener Staatsoper. In 2014 she extended her concert activity to Canada, Russia and USA, including appearances at the Lincoln Center in New York City.

Ms. Goesch was engaged as soloist at the Vienna Volksoper for the period 2012 – 2015 and following that commitment reverts to freelance practice.
