Nikolay Vesselinov

NIKOLAY VESSELINOV (Tenor) graduated from the Prof. Pancho Vladigerov National Academy of Music in the class of Prof. Svilen Raychev. In 2002 he specialized in the master class of opera singing of Prof. Shetler. Winner of the Hristo Brumbarov Third Academic Competition in Sofia (3^rd prize). He participated in the Christmas and Easter Concert of Prof. Pancho Vladigerov National Academy of Music, as well as in the anniversary concert 85 years of the National Academy of Music in Bulgaria Hall. He has been a soloist in the Requiem and Coronation Mass by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, in Catulli Carmina by Carl Orff, Dante Symphony by Franz Liszt. In 2022 he was a soloist in the performance of Coronation Mass with the National Philharmonic Choir and the Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Uros Lajovic, and in 2023 – in Mass in La Major (with Panis Angelicus) by César Franck (conductor Tsvetan Krumov). Also in 2023, at the invitation of the Bach Society Foundation, he participated in the performance of Cantata No. 147 by Johann Sebastian Bach (mixed choir, Sofia Soloists, conducted by Konstantin Dobroykov). Soloist in the “Trio Canto”. He has given concerts in Switzerland, Germany, England, etc.
