Slovak violinist MICHAL HUDAK was born in Košice. He received his basic musical education at the age of six in his hometown. He studied violin at the Conservatory in Košice and in Bratislava. He graduated from high school in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia, where he then continued his studies at the local Academy of Musical Arts, and in 2006 he graduated under prof. In 2006 she studied at the University of Bišovice in Bratislava. He has also participated in numerous master classes in Slovakia and abroad. His career began at the State Opera in Banská Bystrica, where from 2004 he was initially in the orchestra – first violins, and from 2005 to 2014 he was already concertmaster. He has participated in more than 1500 performances of operas, operettas, musicals and concerts as concertmaster, soloist and sometimes as an actor. He is currently concertmaster and conductor of the “Vienna Royal Orchestra”. For 8 years he is also the concertmaster of the “Romantic Theatre” in Hadres, Lower Austria. Recent concert tours have taken him to Japan, Brazil and various European countries. His repertoire is rich and varied, including titles ranging from Baroque music to classical and Romantic concertos to works by contemporary composers and jazz.
