Marek Dyakov

Marek Dyakov is Bulgarian composer and an accordionist, strongly influenced by Bulgarian folklore. He was born in the town of Dupnitza and grew up in Silistra. He started at first as a dancer in dance ensemble "Dobroudja", then he developed himself as an accordionist. Great role in his professional development has played prof. Alexander Tekeliev, with whom he learned composing, orchestration and harmony. During his time as student at the “St. Cyril and St. Methodius" University of Veliko Tarnovo he developed his skills as an instrumentalist, while being entrained with composing and creative works. He have done a lot of arrangements for different musical ensembles, solo plays for accordion, dance music.
