Biography
Ines Simeonova was born in Dobrich, Bulgaria. Currently, she is a PhD student at the National Academy of Music "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" where she graduated in the class of prof. Dr. Borislava Taneva. Currently, Ines works as an accompanist-lecturer at the National School of Music "Lyubomir Pipkov" as a part-time accompanist at the National Academy of Music "Prof. Pancho Vladigerov" and teaches piano at the ‘Art & Shock’ Music School. She has won awards from piano competitions in Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Romania and the USA. In recent years, she has participated in various national and international festivals, including: "180 degrees", "ICon Arts" Transylvania, Romania; "Ensamble-Akademie Freiburg", Germany; Summer Academy of Arts, Sozopol, "The Music of Europe", "Sofia Music Weeks", "March Music Days", "ppIANISSIMO" and others. She has also been a soloist of various symphony orchestras of which – the Academic Symphony Orchestra at the National Academy of Music 'Prof. Pancho Vladigerov', the Pazardzhik Symphony Orchestra and the Vidin Symphony Orchestra. Ines has participated in concerts and masterclasses in Norway, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, England, Italy, USA, India and others.
