Hidan Mamudov

Clarinetist Hidan Mamudov (1982) graduated with honours from the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. He specialized at the University of Michigan (USA) and in Geneva (Switzerland). Winner of many scholarships and prizes, he has been the winner of numerous competitions such as Jeunesse International Bucharest (Romania) and Concours international de Riddes (Switzerland). He has performed all over the world as soloist, chamber and orchestral musician. Hidan Mamudov is also a member of the Wiener Tschuschenkapelle and other ensembles in the Balkan region. Alongside his performing career, Mamudov is also active as a composer of chamber music.
