Eduard Strauss

Eduard Strauss (1910-1969) was the heir to the illustrious Strauss family - the grandson of Eduard Strauss (1835-1916). He did not compose, but he was a famous conductor and a prominent expert on the rich musical heritage of the Strauss dynasty. He traveled all over the world, including Tokyo. He was also the first conductor of the Vienna Johann Strauss Orchestra.
