Andrés Uribe Jiménez

ANDRÉS URIBE JIMÉNEZ (b. 1996, Medellín) is a Colombian musician living in Vienna, where he is currently pursuing a master's degree in orchestral conducting at the University of Music and Performing Arts in the class of Maestro Andrés Orozco-Estrada. He studied conducting with Alejandro Posada at EAFIT University in Medellín, Colombia, where he graduated. Since then he has been actively conducting choirs and orchestras in Vienna and Colombia. Parallel to his studies in conducting, he is also active as a composer and performing pianist.
